How do I reorder pages?

Is there a limit on how many pages I can reorder?

How do I reorder pages on a phone or with a keyboard?
Tap a page, then use the Move left / Move right buttons — touch screens can't start a desktop-style drag, so the buttons are the mobile path. With a keyboard, focus a tile and press the left or right arrow key; each move is announced for screen readers.
Why don't the numbers on the thumbnails change when I move pages?
The number on each thumbnail is the page's position in your original file, so after shuffling you can still see where every page came from. The header switches to 'Order changed' once the sequence differs, and 'Restore original order' puts everything back in one click.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
